Qutub defines and illustrates the Design of Crooked Path Sorcery through a series of 72 poetic verses, each representing a specific arcanum of Draconian Gnosis. Arising from diverse initiatic currents and spiritual streams, this Wisdom encompasses the ancient Persian sorceries of the Maskarae and Yatukan; the pure mysticism and beauty of the Sufi Way; the Yezidis, collected Kurdish tribes comprising the "People of the Book", and the modern-day exemplar of the Witches' Sabbatic Cultus. Together, these sources inform and inspire the verses of Qutub, Point and Axis of the World, weaving a rich tapestry to which is appended a scholarly commentary. This Illumination ultimately comprises the body of the Dragon of Eld, the Ancient Serpent of Light whose totality manifests within the microcosmic earth as the Great Opposer, whose Rite is included in the book.

It gives the ancient ritual involving the crucifixion of a toad that has been associated with the Guild of the Horseman's Word. A homely yet handsome and talismanic production. The scarcest and most sought after work of modern occultism.
The first full grimoire-text to treat specifically and from personal account of the Traditional East Anglian ritual called 'The Waters of the Moon': the solitary initiation of the so-called 'Toad-witch'." The purpose of this traditional folk-magical rite is to obtain a specific bone from the flensed corpse of a toad; the bone is believed to bestow certain powers upon its owner, primarily control of animals.
This unique grimoire was published in the year 2000, marking the cusp of the old and the new chiliad. It is the first full grimoire-text to treat specifically and from personal account of the Traditional East Anglian ritual called 'The Waters of the Moon': the solitary initiation of the so-called 'Toad-witch'. The textualisation of this magical process was, in this unique instance, undertaken as an extension of the ritual itself - a perfection of its cycle of arcana to a point of individual crystallisation. Due to the highly specialised nature of the text's ritual practice, only 77 outer copies of this book were issued.
Hard copy of this book sells for $4500

David Rankine - The Book Of Treasure Spirits

THE BOOK OF TREASURE SPIRITS Conjurations of Goetic spirits, old gods, demons and fairies are all part of a rich heritage of the magical search for treasure trove. During the Middle Ages and Renaissance the British Monarchy gave out licenses to people seeking treasure in an effort to control such practices, and this is one reason why so many grimoires are full of conjurations and charms to help the magician find treasure. Published here for the first time, from a long-ignored mid-seventeenth century manuscript in the British Library (Sloane MS 3824), is the conjuration said to have been performed at the request of King Edward IV, with other rites to reveal treasure, to have treasure brought from the sea, and to cause thieves to bring back stolen goods. Conjurations to call any type of spirit are also included, recorded by the noted alchemist and collector Elias Ashmole, as is an extract on conjuration practices from the Heptameron, transcribed into English for practical use by a working group of magicians, before its first English publication by Robert Turner in 1655. These conjurations demonstrate the influence of earlier classic grimoires and sources, with components drawn from the Goetia, the Heptameron, and Reginald Scot's Discoverie of Witchcraft. The material includes spirit contracts for Agares, Padiel and Vassago, as well as techniques like lead plates for binding, and summoning into a glass of water, which hark back to the defixiones of Hellenistic Greece and the demonic magic of the Biblical world. This material forms part of a corpus of conjurations all written in the same hand and style of evocation, linking Goetic spirits and treasure spirits with the archangels and planetary intelligences (in Sloane MS 3825), and demon kings and Enochian hierarchies (in Sloane MS 3821), making it a unique bridge of style and content between what are often falsely seen as diverse threads of Renaissance magic. About the Author David Rankine is an occult scholar and author of more than 20 books on the subject of magic, the western esoteric traditions, folklore and mythology. Since the 1970's he has been researching and exploring magical and spiritual practices throughout history; a journey which has taken him from ancient Sumeria, Babylonia and Egypt through Greece, Rome and Britain through the middle ages and rennaisance and the modern Western Mystery Traditions. With Stephen Skinner he has produced works such as The Veritable Key of Solomon and the Goetia of Dr Rudd, both highly regarded groundbreaking works which make available previously unpublished source for the first time.materials for the first time.
F. Hockley - Occult Spells A 19th Century Grimoire

Frederick Hockley (1809-1885), was an occultist and Freemason with an interest in Spiritualism who in later life was associated with the Societas Rosicruciana in Anglia. Hockley's peers considered him to be one of the great occult scholars of his time. Occult Spells is an esoteric commonplace book in which Hockley recorded material on different spells, talismans, charms and such-like that he came across in rare books and manuscripts in the course of his researches. The sources that Hockley used ranged from occult classics such as Saunders' Physiognomie, and Chiromancie, Metoposcopie (1671), John Heydon's Theomagia; and Agrippa's Three Books of Occult Philosophy (1651), to obscure works like Pettigrew's Bibliotheca Sussexiana (1827), and grimoires like the Petit Albert. The spells and talismans vary as much as his sources: from Enochian invocations, through folk magic, and into the darker realms of necromancy. This is the first ever publication of Occult Spells and includes an Introduction and transcription of the text by Silens Manus, a Hockley scholar works who, in addition to checking and restoring illegible words or phrases from original sources, Manus has added footnotes explaining obscure terms, deity names etc, and translates most of the less common non-English phrases and passages. Where possible Manus has added plates which Hockley omitted. Occult Spells offers a rare insight into the occult preoccupations of this interesting figure, whose work arguably had a profound effect on the late nineteenth century Occult Revival.
