Over the centuries, this image of Solomon as a magician, able to control the world around him has given rise to books of magic claiming to be the true transcription of his magical formulae. -
The Goetia of Dr Rudd The Angels & Demons of Liber Malorum Spirituum
seu Goetia Lemegeton Clavicula Salomonis with a study of the techniques
of evocation in the context of the angel magic tradition of the
seventeenth century (445 pages)
@500 This manuscript was owned by Dr Thomas
Rudd, a practicing scholar-magician of the early seventeenth century.
There are many editions of the Goetia, of which the most definitive is
that of Joseph Peterson, but here we are interested in how the Goetia
was actually used by practising magicians in the 16th and 17th century,
before the knowledge of practical magic faded into obscurity.
Many practical techniques used in the past have since been forgotten.
The authors restore these using Dr. Rudd's manuscript. For example, to
evoke the 72 demons listed here without the ability to bind them would
be foolhardy indeed. It was well known in times past that invocatio and
ligatio, or binding, was a key part of evocation, but in the modern
editions of the Goetia this key technique is expressed in just one word
"Shemhamphorashâ", and its use is not explained.
This volume explains how the 72 angels of the Shemhamphorash are used to
bind the spirits, and the correct procedure for safely invoking them
using dual seals incorporating the necessary controlling Shem angel,
whose name is also engraved on the breastplate and Brass Vessel.

Asaph Ben Berechiah - Grand Key of Solomon the King: Ancient Handbook
For Angel Evocation and Djinn Summoning (210 pages)
@500 Important:
Be aware that it this title is different from the Lesser and Greater Key
of Solomon.
The enchanting tales of 1001 Arabian Nights and the mysterious magical
societies of the Moors share a legendary figure. He is no other than
Asaph Ben Berechiah, the Vizier of King Solomon himself. According to
Islamic tradition, this Arabian Merlin bested a djinn in a magical
contest, teleporting Queen Sheeba’s throne in the blink of an eye, using
his knowledge of the Great Name. Through the ages masters of the
forbidden art of djinn evocation have shared with their disciples in
secrecy an extensive oral tradition of rituals, incantations, and
magical implements belonging to Asaph Ben Berechiah. Fragments of these
arcane mysteries could be found in the writing of master occultists from
the Middle Ages, the likes of Ahmed al-Buni. Few and far between, many
have treasured what little fragments of this oral tradition could be
found. There were also whispers of a grimoire compiled by an anonymous
Arabian wizard brimming with secrets of the magic of Asaph Ben Berechiah.
Known only as Ajnas, its reputation grew, but few possessed it. It has
resurfaced in recent years and remains one of the most popular guides to
angelic and djinn evocation in the land of the Arabian nights.

Trident - Grimoirium Verum (86 pages) Grimoirium Verum is a work of Black Magick. Included in this volume is a gallery of illustrations from the classic editions of this rare work. The magical sigils have been digitally restored and are presented along with the originals as given in the manuscript. This edition of Grimoirium Verum is unique in its completeness, verifiable authenticity and never-before published material. Lucifer, Beelzebub and Ashtaroth as well as their servitors & sigils are all fully represented in this rare tome of Demonology. The Ritual Tools and their making remains in classical detail. Preparatory instructions, the Offices of each Demon and the methods of evoking them to visible appearance are described. An appendix, The Book of the Black Serpent, has been added to this edition. Previously unpublished, it supplements the Demonology in Grimoirium Verum in addition to making a rare tract on Angelology available. Grimoirium Verum is, in fact, nothing less than a magician's handbook, containing in small compass the entire rites of preparation, identification of spirits, conjuration and the alleged achievement of the operator's every desire. This book, by traditional definition belongs to black magick, insofar as it tells the operator how to conjure what it admits are demons. In the present state of magical knowledge we would be equally at libertyÜand even more justifiedÜin saying that for all we know the Grimoirium Verum is more original than the Key of Solomon; or that it is one of original books of the Library of Hermes, or even the magical libraries of the Babylonians. -
Lon Milo DuQuette - Illustrated Goetia: Sexual Evocation (119 pages) @500 synopsis "Goetia [refers to] all the operations of that Magick which deals with gross, malignant or unenlightened forces." Goetia is sometimes thought of as a wild card, something that can get out of control, something which expresses the operator's lower desires to control others and improve his own personal life. And, in fact, this potential loss of control, this danger, the desire for self improvement and great power is exactly what attracts many people to Goetia while horrifying and repelling others. Crowley's Goetia is brought to life with vivid illustrations of the demons. Commentary by DuQuette and Hyatt bring the ancient arts into the modern day. -

Carroll "Poke" Runyon - Book of Solomon's Magick (243 pages) @500 This book presents unique and effective practical methods for invoking angels into a crystal ball and evoking spirits to visible appearance in a dark mirror. It is the companion book to "The Magick of Solomon" video produced by the same author. The techniques taught in this system are hypnotic and subjective. No special psychic talents are required to master this system. The author guides the reader step-by-step to proficiency in the ancient art of Magick. -
Poke Runyon - The Magick of Solomon (521MB zipped movie file) @500 Companion to the above book. An 80 minutes video documentary written and narrated by anthropologist and ceremonial magician, Carroll "Poke" Runyon, Magister of America's oldest continually operating Magical Lodge, the Ordo Templi Astartes (O.T.A.). The first part of the video offers a history of Western Magick, illustrated with graphics and displays, setting forth the author's theory, based on his own research and experiments, that visions of spirits obtained by magicians in medieval times were subjective and hypnotic rather than hysterical hallucinations. Runyon holds that the practical technique for achieving this was the visual distortion which occurs when a person stares at his or her reflection in a dark mirror. This technique is demonstrated and visions are simulated. The relationship of the "72 Rebellious Spirits" contained in King Solomon's legendary "Brass Vessel" to the Holy Angels who control them is explained and a hypnotic method for invoking these Angels into a Crystal Ball is demonstrated. According to the narrator, these two systems should be integrated for a proper spiritual balance. The video climaxes with the presentation of a complete Goetia Evocation Operation, in full ceremonial regalia, summoning the spirit Astaroth (actually the Canaanite Goddess, Astarte) to visual appearance in the dark mirror on the Triangle of Art. -
Poke Runyon - Dark Mirror of Magick (477MB zipped movie file) @500 On January 3rd, 2001, documentary writer/producer Wayne Darwen brought a professional T.V. news crew into the inner sanctum of The Order of the Temple of Astarte to record a remarkable phenomenon: the summoning of the ancient spirit Vassago. Early in February an edited version of Vassago's mysterious Prophecy was broadcast by the Los Angeles affiliate of a National T.V. Network, confirming that the spirit had predicted a major news event: only 13 days after the ritual had been audio-visually recorded, President Laurent Kabila of the Congo was assassinated! In this video version we show you the entire operation in sequence, exactly as it happened with no rehearsals and no retakes. Wayne Darwen also interviews the Magister Thabion (Poke Runyon) and the mystic seer Frater Solomon. Their unrehearsed answers to his probing questions leave no doubt as to the philosophical depth and spiritual power of Solomon's ancient Magick even in this modern age. This is an entirely new and original production. In "The Magick of Solomon" video we dramatically reenacted magical rituals for instructive purposes, whereas "Dark Mirror of Magick" is the record of an actual magical operation of historical significance. We believe that this remarkable documentary will be studied and commented on for years to come. -
Poke Runyon - The Rites of Magick (461MB zipped movie file) @500 In The Rites of Magick we introduce the Western counterpart to Tantric yoga in which qabalistic-planetary spheres are developed within the body in a similar manner to the chakras of the East. In Pathworkings we take you through the Dark Mirror on an astral journey to one of these inner spheres. In Seasonal Ceremonies we show you one of our first performances (1974) of the Goddess Astarte’s journey to the underworld from the myths of ancient Canaan. The cast includes Pagan elder Joseph Wilson, and the original founders of the Neo-Pagan Movement in America, Frederick Adams and Lady Svetlana of Feraferia. Following this historical footage we present a (2004) dramatic torchlight rendition of our Summer Solstice rite in which the Green Man is slain by the Dark Lord in an ancient Phoenician myth drama. In the Communion of the Elements we again return to 1974 for an early version of this rite, followed by a totally silent and masked presentation, accompanied by organ music, performed in 2003. We believe we have the first visually recorded presentation of an Enochian Watchtower Opening ceremony. After a brief history and explanation of the system we enter the temple where all five Enochian Tablets are displayed. The operator opens each in turn, concluding with the Portal Call before the Tablet of Union. Our bonus feature is a short fantasy about mad alchemist determined to create an elixir that will restore his disfigured face to its original appearance. It’s Hieronymus Bosch meets Salvador Dali on film. In conclusion I explain that our particular school of magick is based on the 18th century rite of Crata Repoa and that we are of the ancient Hermetic Tradition. We believe that this production will be of considerable interest to students of the occult, magick, Neo-Paganism, cultural anthropology and avant-garde religion.

Goetic Spellwork (25
pages)
@200cr There are a multitude of texts available
for the willing practitioner who wishes to learn the art of
spirit evocation. However, where do you go from there? One
of the overarching abilities of most spirits is the ability
to teach an art or skill; as entities more subject to the
ebb and flow of the magical world than we are, they are able
to teach many charms and spells which can aid the magician
in their magical workings. This pamphlet presents spells
taken from conversations and workings with spirits and
combines various magical practices and bits and pieces of
folklore, providing you with inspiration and some fresh
ideas of how you can employ working with the spirits in your
practice.

The Treasure of the Old Man of the Pyramids: The True Sience of
Talismans to conjure up spirits of all kinds, to control them, to obtain
all that one may wish and to foil their evil spells. (59 pages) @500
The first time in English; this is a translation of the 1839 Lille
(Brussels) edition of "Treasure of the Old Man of the Pyramids", the
classic grimoire of Talismanic Magic. The introduction by the original
editors of the book, the Van Meulsten Brothers, has been included along
with a new introduction by the translator of the work. We have included
the original French text so readers can easily check any questionable
passages while using the talismans recommended by the author of the
book.
Originally composed in Arabic, the editors of the 1839 Lille edition
state that "near the end of the last century, the only copy known in
Europe was to be found in the library of one of the principle
monasteries of Venice." This manuscript was later owned by a Mr.
Tyeleton, who had twenty copies of it printed, which were gifted to
sovereigns and close friends, notably Mr. Van-Stopel of Amsterdam, whose
copy was used as the basis for the French edition.

Frederick Hockley - A Complete Book of Magic Science (115 pages) @1000
Until this
edition the grimoire was known only to exist only in the form of several
nineteenth century manuscripts, which are said to have been transcribed
by Frederick Hockley (1809-1885) from "an ancient Latin manuscript,"
dated 1519. However, recent research suggests the these manuscripts were
probably actually written by Hockley himself, although he obviously made
use of a variety of earlier sources. Curiously the work known as 'The
Secret Grimoire of Turiel,' seems to have been derived from it, although
A Complete Book of Magic Science is lengthier and contains much
additional material.
Occult scholar Frederick Hockley made several manuscripts of A Complete
Book of Magic Science in the 1830s or 1840s, and one of these, complete
with beautiful color drawings of the sigils, magical circles etc., was
recently discovered. It is from this Hockley manuscript, that the Teitan
Press edition has been prepared.

Hockley himself put together a huge library on the occult, and sought
out and copied a number of manuscripts and grimoires that he found
hidden in collections around England. After his death Hockley's library
was dispersed, and a number of his manuscripts were obtained and used by
members of the Hermetic Order of the Golden Dawn, the famous magical
group in which Aleister Crowley started his career. There is a
persistent speculation that Hockley was the source of the famous 'cipher
manuscripts' from which the basic structure and rituals of Order were
drawn and one of the groups founders, W. Wynn Westcott, not only wrote
that Hockley's manuscripts were "highly esteemed," and claimed him as
one of the Order's prominent Adepts.

covering magical names, seals and their uses, oils and prayers to get

Originally published in 1945; this is a facsimile reprint of one of the
strangest books in the history of hoodoo spell-casting.
The renowned folk-magic scholar Henri Gamache, the author of "The Master
Book of Candle Burning" and "Terrors of the Evil Eye Exposed" (a.k.a.
"Protection Against Evil"), collected this material from Mediaeval
Coptic and Syrian grimoires that were attributed to Moses, the ancient
leader of Israel.
Rather than merely following in the tradtion of the earlier such
collection of spells and talismans called "The 6th and 7th Books of
Moses," Henri Gamache wrote a startling and lengthy preface in which he
linked African tribal beliefs to ancient Jewish and Egyptian religions.
In doing this, he sought to prove that Moses was "The Great Voodoo Man
of he Bible," a remarkable thesis that may have owed its genesis to the
socio-political writings of Marcus Garvey and that certainly
foreshadowed the magical African Cultural Nationalism novels of Ishmael
Reed (such as "Mumbo Jumbo") by several decades.

This work arguably made Levi THE most influential writer on magic since the Renaissance. Originally issued in French, the English translator is A.E. This is a fascinating and often debated work. Part I & II. Eliphas Levi's tour de force on the theory and practice of magic. Part 1 covers theory, and attempts to reconcile the traditional interpretations of magic and religion with the emphasis on Reason and Knowledge of Levi's own day. The reconciliation doesn't succeed, but Levi's understanding of the traditional viewpoint is strong enough to make this work valuable. Part II covers the practical aspects of magic. -

The Magus or Celestial Intelligencer Book I (157 pages) | Book II (128 pages) synopsis The Magus has proved to be the most sought after set of books on magic and alchemy ever published. There is very good reason for this. These books are powerful, and were considered so dangerous that for many years, rare copies could only be found in certain libraries, locked away from the general public and from those who would use (or misuse) its power. The original set of books was first published in 1801 by its author, Francis Barrett, who had an extensive background in the medieval and occult sciences. He spent many years of diligent study before releasing them. His premise for the material, that is, before putting anything into these books, Barrett first subjected the various theories to certain tests that had to be "substantiated by nature, truth, and experiment" first. They were written for those seeking the key to the philosopher's stone and the powers of magic. The illustrations in this book were taken from ancient and medieval texts, magical tables, planetary tables, talismans and images of angels and demons. Book One covers natural magic, amulets and charms, potions, precious stones, lights, candles, alchemy, the philosopher's stone, transmutation, the four elements, numbers, and planets. Book Two covers magnetic powers, Cabalistic magic, the names of angels and spirits, the performing of invocations, conjuring spirits, magic circles, receiving oracles in dreams, positive and evil spirits, and concludes with a major biographical section on the great magicians of history. It is perhaps the only truly significant modern study of direct contact with the universal teachers -- the other major works in the field are products of the Medieval, Renaissance, and Reformation periods. But beyond that, there is a fascinating glimpse into a complete magical universe. Bardon outlines a totally new and original hierarchy of magic, from the spirits of the four elements to those of the various planets, and even to each degree of the zodiac. Papal Magick by Simon (193 pages) @300cr It is acknowledged Church doctrine that sorcery is the specific domain of the Devil. Yet occult tales are liberally sprinkled throughout the Old and New Testaments, from the spirit-invoking Witch of Endor to the story of Jesus raising Lazarus from the dead. Throughout its 2,000 year history, the Church has spawned numerous mystical religious orders, like the Knights Templar, that may have been engaged in supernatural pursuits, while no fewer than three popes were believed to be involved in occult practices. Christian scriptures tell us that the occult is real, while Catholic priests are thought to have spiritual power over ghosts and evil entities. But if a priest can cast out demons during the rites of exorcism, does it not imply he has the ability to summon them as well? In this eye-opening, provocative work, leading occult scholar Simon examines the Church's unspoken relationship with forbidden magic by exploring the infamous seventeenth-century document considered by some to be the most demonic of all occult texts —the Grimoire of Pope Honorius III—and illuminates the Vatican's darkest hidden corners. -

Schulke - Viridarium Umbris: The Pleasure Garden of Shadow (544 pages) @500cr Which treats of the Secret Knowledge of Trees and Herbs, Deliver'd by the Fallen Angels unto Man. An extensive grimorium of Wortcunning, or herb-magic, the Pleasure-Garden treats of the secret knowledge of trees and herbs as delivered by the Fallen Angels unto mankind. The book's principal concerns are the sorcery and gnosis of the Greenwood, as arising from the varied luminaries of the Eternal Gardens of the Arte Magical. As a grimoire of Spiritual Botany, the Book is a Hortus Conclusus of text and image intended for the indwelling of these plant-spirits. The work encompasses magical practices, formulae, and mystical exegesis, all treating the respective arcana of Nature-Spirits and the powers of individual plants. Much of the magical foci are on devotion, purity, humility, silence, solitude, and the hieros-gamos of wortcunner and plant as a tutelary relationship, in conjunction with the Mysteries of Cain, first tiller of the soil. The whole is intended as a textual reification of the Green Arts within the context of the Sabbatic Craft Tradition, and within the greater ambit of Brythonic plantlore and folk magic. -
Schulke - Ars Philtron: Concerning the Aqueous Cunning of the Potion and its Praxis in the Green Arte Magical (144 pages) @500cr This important work treats extensively of Wortcunning and Sabbatic-alchemical gnosis as manifested through the medium of potion-making. Its text treats of the eight principal Sabbatic-alchemic philtre types, their pharmacoepia and formulation. Evocations to aspects of the Sabbatic Guardians Lilith and Cain are also given to empower the revelation and reification of the Philtre Arcana. This work was published in 2001 in a limited edition of 144 copies, hand-bound in earthen-hued cloth with burgundy end-papers, and signed by the author (original price £40 per copy). Each copy of the book is unique, containing a full-colour frontispiece of one of a series of 24 paintings of the Sabbatic-Alchemic Temple, backed with one of six evocations to Cain or Lilith. This work has now sold out completely. Second-hand prices are presently £200+.

Frater Malak - The Mystic Grimoire of Mighty Spells and
Rituals (201
pages)
@500cr
Out of print. Highly sought after piece of practical
grimoire written by the same "The Miracle of New Avatar
Power" author. In this book, the Mystic Grimoire of Mighty
Spells and Rituals, the author, Frater Malak and his magical
order of Campo Santo, a Mystery School in Canada, researched
thousands of rituals and wrote about twenty seven rituals
and many spells that were the most effective in getting
results. Malak covers every eventuality that you could want:
Good luck, health, money and great wealth, love and sex,
invisibility, relaxation, success, and overcoming enemies.
Every angelic name appearing in this book has been throughly
researched. As an example, in the Arcane Invisibility
Ritual, you call upon Yeshayah, this is another form of the
angel Metatron. In the Overwhelming Good Luck Ritual you
summon Bodiel, this is an angel serving under the Goetic
spirit Barbatos. In the Titanic Enemies Vanquished Ritual,
you work with Narudi, the Akkadian Lord of the Great Gods.
Over the last thirty years, I have personally tested all of
rituals and most of the spells in this book. Without
exception, all have worked over time, depending upon my
application of the knowledge and secrets given in the book,
and properly executing what has been taught there. This
Grimoire was published in the seventies but remains a
definitive work about magical evocation. That is the art and
science of calling down spirits, and most importantly
getting results for magicians and sorcerers of today.

David Rankine - The Book Of Treasure Spirits (184
pages)
@500crTHE BOOK OF TREASURE SPIRITS Conjurations of
Goetic spirits, old gods, demons and fairies are all part of
a rich heritage of the magical search for treasure trove.
During the Middle Ages and Renaissance the British Monarchy
gave out licenses to people seeking treasure in an effort to
control such practices, and this is one reason why so many
grimoires are full of conjurations and charms to help the
magician find treasure. Published here for the first time,
from a long-ignored mid-seventeenth century manuscript in
the British Library (Sloane MS 3824), is the conjuration
said to have been performed at the request of King Edward
IV, with other rites to reveal treasure, to have treasure
brought from the sea, and to cause thieves to bring back
stolen goods. Conjurations to call any type of spirit are
also included, recorded by the noted alchemist and collector
Elias Ashmole, as is an extract on conjuration practices
from the Heptameron, transcribed into English for practical
use by a working group of magicians, before its first
English publication by Robert Turner in 1655. These
conjurations demonstrate the influence of earlier classic
grimoires and sources, with components drawn from the Goetia,
the Heptameron, and Reginald Scot's Discoverie of
Witchcraft. The material includes spirit contracts for
Agares, Padiel and Vassago, as well as techniques like lead
plates for binding, and summoning into a glass of water,
which hark back to the defixiones of Hellenistic Greece and
the demonic magic of the Biblical world. This material forms
part of a corpus of conjurations all written in the same
hand and style of evocation, linking Goetic spirits and
treasure spirits with the archangels and planetary
intelligences (in Sloane MS 3825), and demon kings and
Enochian hierarchies (in Sloane MS 3821), making it a unique
bridge of style and content between what are often falsely
seen as diverse threads of Renaissance magic. About the
Author David Rankine is an occult scholar and author of more
than 20 books on the subject of magic, the western esoteric
traditions, folklore and mythology. Since the 1970's he has
been researching and exploring magical and spiritual
practices throughout history; a journey which has taken him
from ancient Sumeria, Babylonia and Egypt through Greece,
Rome and Britain through the middle ages and rennaisance and
the modern Western Mystery Traditions. With Stephen Skinner
he has produced works such as The Veritable Key of Solomon
and the Goetia of Dr Rudd, both highly regarded
groundbreaking works which make available previously
unpublished source for the first time.materials for the

F. Hockley - Occult Spells A 19th Century Grimoire (207
pages)
@500cr Frederick Hockley (1809-1885), was an
occultist and Freemason with an interest in Spiritualism who
in later life was associated with the Societas Rosicruciana
in Anglia. Hockley's peers considered him to be one of the
great occult scholars of his time. Occult Spells is an
esoteric commonplace book in which Hockley recorded material
on different spells, talismans, charms and such-like that he
came across in rare books and manuscripts in the course of
his researches. The sources that Hockley used ranged from
occult classics such as Saunders' Physiognomie, and
Chiromancie, Metoposcopie (1671), John Heydon's Theomagia;
and Agrippa's Three Books of Occult Philosophy (1651), to
obscure works like Pettigrew's Bibliotheca Sussexiana
(1827), and grimoires like the Petit Albert. The spells and
talismans vary as much as his sources: from Enochian
invocations, through folk magic, and into the darker realms
of necromancy. This is the first ever publication of Occult
Spells and includes an Introduction and transcription of the
text by Silens Manus, a Hockley scholar works who, in
addition to checking and restoring illegible words or
phrases from original sources, Manus has added footnotes
explaining obscure terms, deity names etc, and translates
most of the less common non-English phrases and passages.
Where possible Manus has added plates which Hockley omitted.
Occult Spells offers a rare insight into the occult
preoccupations of this interesting figure, whose work
arguably had a profound effect on the late nineteenth
century Occult Revival.

Alexzander &
Stratton-Kent - Goetic Pharmakos (26
pages)
Just as ‘goes’ is an ancient term for a magician
working with spirits of the Underworld, so ‘pharmakos’
represents a magician working with herbs, alchemical
processes and so forth. The types are not mutually
exclusive, and accordingly there are spirits of the grimoire
who work with alchemy, herbs, stones, etc. These spirits are
very suitable allies for magicians combining the work of the
‘goes’ and the ‘pharmakos’. The purpose of this booklet then
is to detail approaches to goetic spell-work, facilitating
the further reintegration of New World and Grimoire
approaches.

A Collection of Magical Secrets Taken from Peter de Abano, Cornelius Agrippa and from other Famous Occult
Philosophers and A Treatise Of Mixed Cabalah Which comprises
the Angelic Art Taken From Hebrew Sages Translated from
Wellcome MS4669 by Paul Harry Barron from the original
French manuscript dated 1796 With Introduction by Stephen
Skinner & David Rankine This book bridges the worlds of
learned magic and village cunning, providing rare and
previously unavailable material from the late eighteenth
century. It comprises two parts, A Collection of Magickal
Secrets and A Treatise of Mixed Cabalah, both of which
contain unique and exciting magical material, that were
previously bound together in a French manuscript with The
Clavicule of Solomon and The Universal Treatise of the Keys
of Solomon. These are reproduced along with The Keys of
Rabbi Solomon, in the most significant grimoire publication
of modern times, The Veritable Key of Solomon by Stephen
Skinner & David Rankine. A Collection of Magical Secrets
contains a collection of charms, ranging from the very
simple to the complex. There are charms for healing, winning
in love and gambling, gaining familiar spirits, regaining
stolen or lost property, instructions for the creation of
magic rings for controlling spirits, and a rare angelic
conjuration of a Prince of the Thumb. A wide range of
sympathetic magick techniques such as dreaming, poppets,
using bread, herbs and sieves, are utilised to ensure the
success of the charms. A Treatise of Mixed Cabalah contains
four parts, three of which fit together to develop a greater
knowledge of the practical Qabalah. This includes a ritual
sequence of prayers and actions for increasing knowledge,
practical instructions for the construction, consecration
and use of wax pentacles for absent healing, a technique for
angelic dream incubation and a system of divination with 112
possible answers.

Book of The Treasure of Alexander (129

Book of the Treasure of Alexander - Talismans (18
pages)
The Book of the Treasure of Alexander, attributed to
Alexander the Great and his tutor, the philosopher
Aristotle, is a medieval Hermetic text of alchemy, astrology
and astrological magic. This is the first complete English
translation of this key text, originally written in Arabic,
which explains a wide variety of practical applications of
occult virtue and the hidden powers of Nature. Originally
written in Arabic, our text was translated into Portuguese
from a critical edition of three Arabic texts and then
translated by Nicholaj de Mattos Frisvold into English. I
then extensively edited the text in order to make sure the
astrology and astrological magic was accurate and usable.
Despite being attributed to Alexander and Aristotle, Hermes
Trismegistus and Balinus, our usual suspects when it comes
to hermetica, pop up all over the place. This is a classic
work of Arabic Hermeticism, with lots of links to Picatrix,
but lots of new material, I've never seen either in Picatrix
or other works.

Teitan Press - Authentic Red Dragon
(209 pages)
@500cr
The "Dragon Rouge" is one of the most notorious of the
little books of black magic known as grimoires. This Teitan
Press publication includes a complete facsimile of the
earliest known edition - a French printing that is dated
1521 (although it was probably circa 1800) - along with a
complete English translation by Joshua A. Wentworth. It is
prefaced with a thoughtful and sometimes humorous
Introduction by Silens Manus.
The text itself is typical of grimoires of the time, and is
clearly related to the "Grand rimoire." Its anonymous author
claims that the work is derived from the wisdom of the
legendary King Solomon, and then sets down instructions for
the creation of a number of magical implements: blasting rod
(wand), talisman and magic circle, that are to be used to
summon the demon "Lucifugé Rofocale," who is then bound over
to serve the sorcerer. In the process a great many
sub-demons are named, and their attributes listed. This is
followed by a series of magic spells or recipes for various
purposes; from making oneself invisible, to winning the
affections of another, to the cure of various common
ailments. The book ends with a chart of lucky and unlucky
days and a short version of the treasure-finding text known
as "La Poule Noire" ("The Black Hen"). The "Dragon Rouge"
was very popular in nineteenth century France, and is still
said to be one of the most highly revered texts in certain
Voodoo circles in Haiti.

This may possibly be the most evil book written. -
The Grand Grimoire (34 pages) One of the most famous and outrageous Grimoires of black magic. A Practical Manual of Diabolic Evocation and Black Magick. The text of Grand Grimoire has been translated by Ms. Gretchen Rudy from the 1612 Italian edition, the primary source work for this grimoire. Secondary sources include the 1823 French edition, which was fraudulently backdated as 1521 and issued as the Red Dragon. The Grand Grimoire was issued again in the later seventeenth century with its original title, Grand Grimoire. Interestingly, the original Italian edition also includes the first published example of the Black Hen, or Black Pullet and although extremely brief, it is the kernal which was later elaborated on in subsequent editions as Le Poule Noire. The Grand Grimoire explains a system for entering into a pact with three Infernal Spirits, Lucifer, Ashtaroth & Beelzebuth, through the authority of the Prime Minister of Hell, Lucifuge Rofocale. In this, the demonology of the Grand Grimoire is unique; while some of the chief spirits are identical to those in Grimoirium Verum, and others to Lemegeton Clavicula Salomonis vel Regis, the Grand Grimoire stands alone in the literature of demonology with its central figure, Lucifuge Rofocale. The name 'Rofocale' appears to be an anagram for 'Focalor' of the Lemegeton, according to Elizabeth Butler in her Ritual Magic (1949) who goes on to tell us that "by introducing the name of Lucifuge the author has done a service to demonology for which it should be grateful." In his monumental work Of Black Magic & Of Pacts (1898), Arthur E. Waite states that the Grand Grimoire "must be regarded as the veritable Magnum Opus" and he goes on to say that that Eliphas Levi later adopted the personage of Lucifuge in his works. Goetia: Luciferian Edition (77 pages) @200cr Darkness is always found within first. Your entire life has been found in either an embrace of shadow or a carefully forgotten endless banishing of it. The Luciferian Path instructs the student to awaken darkness, to manifest demons from the abyss of the Subconscious and master them - the end result being self-mastery and the transformation into a Luciferic Spirit. The Luciferian Goetia is a grimoire which presents the 72 Spirits of Solomon as daemonic forces within the mind itself, giving possibility to their anthropomorphic existence outside of humanity itself. The interpretation and experience is as unique as the Shemhamforasch itself. Herein is LEGION, the Book of Howling. Contains a different approach to the 72 Demons, Invocations and Evocations written by a Luciferian and a working methodology on summoning and controlling powerful forces. -

LIBER HVHI contains the 22 spheres of the Infernal Qlippoth, the methods of filling and draining those "shells" and the Luciferian Rites of the Supper of Cain, symbolic of the first Satanist from the ancient Hebrew texts relating to the devouring process from a symbolic and ritualistic approach. The second half of Liber HVHI is the workings based on the demonology of the Avestan texts and ancient persian sorcery and predatory spirituality. -

Not only is the language updated, but Georg Dehn, the compiler and editor, has sourced his work from all extant manuscripts, while Mathers used just one. The result is a stunning new translation that has already set the occult world abuzz. It includes voluminous important material left out of Mathers’ work, including an entire Part 2 filled with magical recipes, important distinctions in the Knowledge and Conversation of the Holy Guardian Angel ritual, and complete word grids that were only partially completed by Mathers. This is an essential work for any serious practicing magician or student of occult history. Necronomicon ▲ The Necronomicon - Simon Version (147 pages) In the past 31 years, there has been a lot of ink - actual and virtual - spilled on the subject of the Necronomicon. Some have derided it as a clumsy hoax; others have praised it as a powerful grimoire. As the decades have passed, more information has come to light both on the book's origins and discovery, and on the information contained within its pages. The Necronomicon has been found to contain formula for spiritual trans-formation, consistent with some of the most ancient mystical processes in the world, processes that were not public knowledge when the book was first published, processes that involve communion with the stars. The Necronomicon Spell Book (33 pages) The mighty powers invoked by this eldritch tome are really long-forgotten psychic abilities, able to affect the most basic needs and desires, including Love, Wealth, Peace of Mind, and Protection Agains Enemies. But now comes a guide that enables anyone to pick up the book and use its ineluctable power "without fear or risk" according to editor Simon. Simon is a student of magic, occultism, and religion since the mid-1960s and the editor of the Necronomicon, Simon was a frequent lecturer for the famed Warlock Shop in Brooklyn and the Magickal Childe Bookstore in Manhattan for more than ten years before his sudden disappearance in 1984, speaking on topics as diverse as religion and politics, occultism and fascism, ceremonial magic, demonolatry, the Tarot, the Qabala, and Asian occult systems. He also conducted private classes for the New York City OTO during this period, with a focus on Enochian magic, "Owandering bishops," and Afro-Caribbean occult beliefs. An ordained priest of an Eastern Orthodox church, Simon has appeared on television and radio discussing such topics as exorcism, satanism, and Nazism. The media events he organized in the 1970s and 1980s -- with rock bands, ritual performances, and celebrity appearances -- helped to promote the "occult renaissance" in New York City. After decades of study in European, Asian, and Latin American cult centers, this book marks his first public appearance in more than twenty years. It is supposedly written by a "Mad Arab". The name Abdul Alhazred does not appear in this text, however; the author remains nameless. The first part tells how the Mad Arab first came to know of the existence of the dark secrets he is writing down (by accidentally witnessing an arcane ritual performed by a cult of the Ancient Ones). In second part, the Mad Arab is haunted by demons and monsters. He fears that his gods have foresaken him due to some sin he believes to have unwittingly committed. Apparently, he is taken away by these demons just after he finishes writing his book, but before he is able to sign it; thus his name remains unknown. The Enuma Elish is one of the oldest stories known to mankind. It is a story first written down by the ancient Sumerians thousands of years ago. As a one time assistant in the Department of Egyptian and Assyrian Antiquities at the British Museum, L.W. King provides us with a qualified translation of the tablets which were originally written in cuneiform script. The Enuma Elish is receiving renewed interest from modern researchers delving into the origins of mankind, the earth, and the solar system. Over the centuries a copy ended up in the library at Nineveh in the 7th century B.C., and was uncovered by archaeologists in the late 1800s. Written in cuneiform text and preserved on seven clay tablets, the entire story was called "The Seven Tablets of Creation." After being translated the story revealed how the planets became aligned, how a cosmic catastrophe affected the earth, how mankind came upon the scene, and how the "gods" played a role in all of it. The Seven Tablets of Creation have had many profound implications since they were first discovered and subsequently published. They predate many parts of the Book of Genesis as well as other worldwide creation myths. Volume One includes this epic poem's English translation. It also includes information on parallels in Hebrew literature, the date and origin of the Babylonian creation legends, and more. Volume Two includes other accounts of creation, an Assyrian "Tower of Babel" story, and supplementary texts showing the actual cuneiform tablets. Liber Trapezohedron (86 pages) This grimoire utilizes the twelve signs of the Zodiac as a path of enlightenment, provides several means of protection from the Necronomicon as well as own research (i.e. the Ankh or a Cross, and Holy Water). It also contains the Black Mirror Ritual of Yog-Sothoth, a modification of the Bloody Mary Ritual based on the black mirror which actually works, as well as an Invocation for Nyarlathotep. It also has the two missing steps for Gate-Walking that is for the Old Ones. The Incantations of these two gates are missing, as is the seal of Kryphnon, the eighth step on the Ladder of Lights. It also has another seal that goes with the Book of Fifty Names and works for the Old Ones. It can only be used after completing Kryphnon and does the same thing as the second name of Marduk but works for the ANNUNAKI instead of the IGIGI, not to mention the fact that it has the Epic of the Old Ones and a more detailed account of the War.

Donald Tyson - Necronomicon (253 pages)
@300cr
This grimoire traces the wanderings of Abdul Alhazred, a necromancer of
Yemen, on his search for arcane wisdom and magic. Alhazred's magical
adventures lead him to the Arabian desert, the lost city of Irem, ruins of
Babylon, lands of the Old Ones, and Damascus, where he encounters a variety
of strange creatures and accrues necromantic secrets.

IGOS - Hidden Keys of The Necronomicon (21
pages)
The second of IGOS two contributions to the
Necronomicon Mythos - a very short (20pp) book consisting
only of various seals and sigils to be used with the
incantations found in the Simon Necronomicon. While those
who study the Necronomicon mythos will undoubtedly find this
valuable, for its rarity alone if nothing else, I personally
deem it one of many such titles IGOS put together in an hour
or less and threw in their catalog to make a few extra bucks
when times were tough. Nevertheless, it is what it is and
I'm sure some will find it useful.

IGOS - Necronomicon Workbook (133
pages)
This one presents a brief history of the Necronomicon and its proponents, then presents a modernized
system of ritual magick based upon the Necronomicon
structure. Finally, several appendices are included
containing other authors' articles and related material.

Christopher Warnock & John Greer - Picatrix Books I & II:
Astrological Magic (78
pages)
@200cr
Picatrix, known in Arabic as the Ghayat al-Hikam, the Goal
of the Wise, is the most important grimoire of astrological
magic. Written in Arabic circa AD 1000 and translated into
Latin in 1256, the Picatrix explains both the philosophy and
practice involved in the creation of astrological talismans.
This clear and coherent English translation of books I & II
of the four books of the Pingree critical edition of the
Latin Picatrix is a key text for both the practitioner and
scholar of medieval and Renaissance magic and includes
instructions for hundreds of talismans for love, wealth,
health, success and protection.

This book contains the tools needed to make full use of
Picatrix and actually create astrological talismans. It

tables of essential dignities and debilities. Best of all
the Guide contains a complete explanation of thirty benefic
and malefic astrological talismans (but don't make the
malefic ones!) from the Ouroboros Picatrix! These recipes
are clear, straightforward and ready to be put to use.
Absolutely invaluable! I also include a number of examples
of actual elections and even astrological charts to assist
you further in understanding the intricacies of the
Ouroboros Picatrix.
